Sellar is proposing to redevelop the Decathlon site at Canada Water to provide a high-quality mixed use development.

Sellar’s site will form a town centre focus for Canada Water and is part of Southwark Council’s plan to regenerate the wider area.

An application has now been submitted for Sites C and E, which takes into account the feedback received throughout the consultation process.

The application includes a new town centre for Canada Water, more retail shops, a cinema, extensive open space, children’s play areas and residential units.

Sellar’s proposal is a key part of the regeneration of Canada Water and, as well as the development itself, Sellar will be making substantial development contributions which can be used to fund additional local projects.
